We're excited to introduce a simpler, more focused wellness program! This new program replaces our previous "Passport to Health" model and prioritizes activities that help you live a healthier, more balanced life.

With just a one easy step per quarter, you can work toward your wellness goals and earn rewards along the way.​

 

Here's how it works:

​

• Coaching Sessions: Meet once per quarter with your Lacher health coach, Linda, during the program year.
   

• 20-Minute Meetings: Each session lasts just 20 minutes and gives you the chance to focus on your personal health and wellness goals.
   

• $50 Gift Card: For each visit, you'll receive a $50 gift card (up to 4 times per year) – that's up to $200 in rewards each year!

Even if you aren't enrolled in a United Zion medical plan, you can still participate and earn a $25 gift card every quarter!
