HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

If you enroll in one of our PPO medical plans, there is no per-visit cost for you. If you enroll in our HSA plan, there is a cost of $49/visit for initial sick visits. There are no fees for follow ups of sick visits or preventative care visits. All preventive and wellness visits are of no cost.

To help pay for these visits, you may use the $1,000 or $2,000 HSA dollars that we contribute into your HSA bank account.

To participate, you simply need to enroll in one of the medical plans we offer, then visit the Rock Medical facility at:
